Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 12, 2026. These rules keep messages welcome, keep you out of legal trouble, and keep every Twinvia customer out of the spam folder.
1. Permission, always
You may only message people who asked to hear from you. Acceptable sources of permission are a sign-up form, a text-message keyword, a QR code or sign-up sheet that states what the person is signing up for, an existing customer relationship where the person gave you their contact details for this purpose, or a written agreement. Purchased, rented, scraped, traded or "co-registration" lists are never acceptable and importing one will result in suspension.
2. Text messages
Marketing text messages require prior express written consent that names your business and tells the person they will receive marketing texts. Every text must identify your business and include opt-out instructions. You must honor STOP and any other reasonable request to stop immediately. Texts may only be sent within the hours the law allows for the recipient's location, which Twinvia enforces automatically. Sending must comply with carrier rules, including business registration, and content prohibited by carriers (such as cannabis, firearms, gambling, adult content, high-risk financial offers and certain third-party lead generation) may not be sent.
3. Email
Every email must carry a truthful sender name and subject line, your valid postal address, and a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are processed instantly by Twinvia and may not be overridden. You may not disguise the origin of a message or use misleading headers.
4. Content we do not allow
Illegal products or services; fraud, phishing or deceptive offers; malware or links to it; harassment, threats or hate; sexually explicit material; content that infringes someone else's rights; chain letters and "make money fast" schemes; and anything that would reasonably be considered spam by its recipients.
5. Limits that protect everyone
Mailbox providers block senders whose spam-complaint rate goes above about 0.3%. Twinvia watches complaint, bounce and unsubscribe rates for every account and will pause sending automatically when they approach those limits, until the list has been cleaned. New sending domains are warmed gradually and sending volume may be capped during warm-up.
6. Consequences
Violations may lead to paused campaigns, required list clean-up, suspension, or termination of the account without refund, depending on severity. We cooperate with mailbox providers, carriers and authorities when required.
7. Reporting abuse
If you received an unwanted message sent through Twinvia, reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email, and if you wish, forward it to [email protected]. We investigate every report.
