Text and email marketing that stays on the right side of the law.
A single marketing text sent without consent can cost a business $500 to $1,500. Twinvia is built so the mistake can't happen, and so you can prove it didn't.
The record, explained.
Before any campaign leaves, Twinvia runs the checks a lawyer would ask about and writes them down. The record is stored with the campaign and can be exported if anyone ever questions a message.

What Twinvia enforces for you
You don't have to know these rules. The product does.
Consent first
Texts go only to contacts with recorded written consent. Imports must name the consent source. Bought lists are refused.
STOP in any wording
"Stop", "unsubscribe", "quit texting me". Any reasonable request ends messages immediately, and the record shows it.
Quiet hours by state
Federal 8am to 9pm, Florida 8am to 8pm with 3 attempts a day, Texas Sunday rules, and more, applied by each contact's area code and ZIP.
CAN-SPAM footers
Your postal address and a working unsubscribe link are added to every email. Opt-outs are honored instantly, not in 10 days.
Carrier registration done
Text messaging in the US requires registering your business with the carriers. Twinvia files it for you at cost and shows the status.
Records kept for years
Consent and send records are kept for the full legal retention period and can be exported any time.
Quiet hours we apply
The strictest rule that applies to a contact always wins.
| Where | Allowed hours | Extra limits |
|---|---|---|
