Questions about billing
Do I pay for contacts who unsubscribed?
No. Twinvia never bills for unsubscribed or bounced contacts. You pay for the people you can actually reach.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel in one click from your billing page.
Can I move my list from Mailchimp or Constant Contact?
Yes. Export a spreadsheet from your current tool and import it with its consent source. We'll help with the first import.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account pauses. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Pick a plan when you're ready and everything is exactly where you left it.
